Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  2. To cancel an order, you must send an email request to plantzo31@gmail.com before dispatch.

  3. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


Return Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products, as mentioned on the respective product pages.

  2. For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from delivery.

  3. In case pickup service is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our provided address.

  4. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

  5. No returns are accepted once the product is delivered, except in cases of damage or defects.


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at plantzo31@gmail.com with details and proof (images/videos).

  • Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement or other support).


Note for Returns

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • Products must have original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Requests raised after the specified return period will not be accepted.
